Singapore School Record Challenge 2011.

Dear AlumKnights;

The Singapore School Record Challenge in East Spring Secondary School will be held at our school's parade square on the 17th February Thursday 2011 at 12.00-2.30 pm.

If you are free on this day and at this time please come down and be part of the formation and pride of East Spring Secondary School.

The School Record Challenge is one of the KEY events of the school where the student , staff and stakeholder body will embark on the largest formation of the Singapore Map using old clothes and outlined by the students, staff, PSG members, AlumKnights and East Spring Pri members.

The school takes great pleasure in inviting all AlumKnights to be part of this Formation and be part of the Singapore Book of Records. There will be Press and Media Interviews on that day for selected members.

However there is of course the expectation to be in AlumKnights T shirt for easy identification of stakeholders during the photograph taking and for easy access to the school on that day. Take note only registered Alumknights with T shirts worn will be allowed into the school on that day.

If you are free on this day and time and would like to be part of this highly anticipated event please register in the form below and state your t-shirt sizes. I will have representatives call you on your mobile to have you collect your t shirt nearer to the date on a saturday.

I am counting on at least 50 AlumKnight Participants!!! Please don't disappoint the school!!!

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me at 97651923.

Code of Conduct.

All members of AlumKnights must commit themselves in the proper bearing and outlook that role models the vision of the school for graduated students.

The Association will not admit membership to ex-students who fail to abide by the proper decorum of a role model for our current East Spring Students.

Failure in decorum includes dyed and/or unkempt hair styles, improper dressing, and
improper outlook.

They will carry a registered AlumKnights card that will identify them easily with the security guards when they report for service in their respective CCA or events.

All AlumKnights of East Spring Secondary should not be in the same school based or CCA t shirt of the current students of the school. This is to ensure parents and other stakeholders do not mistake graduated students to be current students of the school.
